We are currently looking for a Senior Product Experience Manager (f/m) at the core of eBay´s marketplace business in Berlin, Germany. You will be joining a team with a strong passion for consumer selling on eBay.de.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) DE, you will focus on driving a best in class end-to-end experience for our consumers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams globally to manage and launch multiple programs and make trade-offs to ensure priorities meet business strategy. You will have a unique opportunity to be a key, high-visibility player within the global C2C initiative. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the entire eBay C2C Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

Create innovative first-class experiences and help bringing consumer selling to the next level
Drive high impact initiatives around selling services from strategy through launch
Provide thought leadership analyzing the consumer seller experience driving decisions and actions
Apply business intelligence to inform strategy, product, marketing and business operations
Coordinate closely with product management and product development teams across the globe
Build relationships within the organization at all levels including senior executives and be perceived as a key player within the C2C team
Requirements:

High-potential with extensive background in product, marketing, analytics or similar roles
Top analytical skills and ability to synthesize information to understand the big picture
Experience in building consumer products and passion to optimize down to the detail
Creative problem-solving and analytical skills and superior business judgment
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Experience interacting and building relationship with senior-level executives
Distinctive time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload
Experience in or strong interest for consumers and consumer selling on eBay
